I usually find this kind of comment dismissive, but rather than focus on being insulted, I point out that, in truth, the relinquishment and subsequent adoption of my son was actually picture perfect. I am a perfect example of exactly what adoption is when it works just as it is supposed to.

Birthmothers Speaking Again on Huff Po Live

I woke up to find an email this morning form my new pals at HuffPo live! They are planning a segment for tonight 12/10/12 at 8:15 EST that will be a discussion much like the last one I was on about “Searching for Birthmothers”  They are looking for more more who would be available to discuss how the adoption industry misleads us.

They are “diving deeper into the adoption world, and I’m finding that many birthmothers feel mislead by adoption agencies or taken aback by the profits the agencies gain from kids. I’ve also read a few statements from mothers who feel that adoption is much worse than abortion. I’m curious to know your opinions on this.”
